You can never have too many blue suits in my opinion. I have at least three (including the one in the piciture), and in looking to get another. A navy blue suit will always be a classic staple, but a little variety doesn’t hurt. This “business blue” half-lined three-piece suit from OwnOnly.com has a nice hue to it. The color looks great in the summer, but stills works well during the early parts of Fall.
I had a few meetings scheduled at one of my favorite Breather spaces in NYC, so I decided to keep things simple. I paired the suit with a classic crisp white cutaway dress shirt from Heights and Kenchi, and a blue necktie from Noble Breed.
If you are going to buy multiple solid colored suits try to have a purpose for each one. Maybe you would like a summer, casual, winter, wide lapel, etc option to choose from. Inexpensive upgrades like swapping out the buttons and customization is a affordable way to differentiate your suits.
