After a much delayed fall, winter is here and its coming full force. Snowzilla has arrived and it is keeping most of us indoors. But that doesn’t mean we have to be lazy the whole day (half of the day is fine). We put together a few ways you can still be productive during the snowstorm while at home.

House Robe – What better way to swag out your snow day but in a stylish house robe? It doesn’t take much effort to put on, you can throw on a long john matching set underneath, and you get to look like a boss in the storm. As an alternative, an oversize cardigan sweater is acceptable as well.

Fit in a Workout – Due to Snowzilla most gyms are going to be closed early or just closed all together. Fit in a quick workout before you do anything else today. Shadow box, jump rope, or do a solid body weight routine before you move on to breakfast.

Eat a big breakfast – The perfect reason to have a cheat day is today. You can’t make to brunch? Make it at home. Scrabble some eggs, George Foreman some bacon, and cook up some pancakes in the comfort of your home. Don’t forget the mimosa

Catch up on some work – We know it’s your day off, but if you can tackle some of those “unread” emails or get a jump on next week’s agendas, what harm would that do? Put your phone on “do not disturb” and knock it out. 

Binge Watch that Whole Sh*t – Making a Murder, Law and Order SUV marathon (Criminal Intent sucks), or whatever your guilty pleasure show is, feel free to indulge today with a cup of spiked hot chocolate or a toddy
