The Macallan Scotch & Soda
- 2 oz The Macallan 10 Year Old Fine Oak
- Club soda
Method: Garnish with an orange twist and serve in a highball or rocks glass
Blood and Sand
- 3/4 oz The Macallan 10 Year Old Fine Oak
- 3/4 oz Blood orange juice
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Cherry Heering
Method: Combine all ingredients in a collins glass, add another splash of orange juice then flame the zest over it. Serve straight up; without ice and garnish with a maraschino cherry and flamed orange zest in a Collins or cocktail glass
Bobby Burns
- 2 oz The Macallan 10 Year Old Fine Oak
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Benedictine
Method: Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice; strain into a glass and serve in a martini glass.
