It’s Time for BOND

Since Pierce Brosnan wore an Omega watch in, GoldenEye, the watch and Bond became synonymous. Since the 1995 film, all of the James Bond movies featured an Omega watch and the latest movie, Skyfall, make no exception.

In the rumored “last Bond film” the Skyfall watch is based off Daniel Craig’s (above) black steel-on-steel Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m, worn in the movie. The Limited Edition Seamaster comes in an in polished steel-on-steel finish, that is powered by a new version of Omega’s Co-Axial movement. Equipped with a “Si14” silicon balance spring, the watch offers stable and reliable timekeeping.

Like other Bond themed watches, Omega has found a discreet way of putting the Bond stamp in the watch. The 7 o’clock position is replaced by the iconic “007” logo (also engraved on the bracelet of the watch) and located on the back of the watch, “SKYFALL 007” is carefully spelled out in black. Only 5,000+ pieces were produced of the “Skyfall Watch” which comes in a special presented box, decorated with the Skyfall Watch pattern dial.

It is clear that this watch is really for the “die hard” (and those that can afford it) Bond fans. If you plan on saving the world like Bond, why not do it with a watch that’s fit for a super-spy. Skyfall is in theatres NOW!!
