As you run on the treadmill or outdoors the last thing you want to be concerned with is the wire from your iPod getting in the way of your “power song.” With the New Year and a “new you”, try adding a little Bluetooth in your life. Almost everything has a Bluetooth function installed in it, and for good reason. Bluetooth is convenient and functional, plus when it comes to the gym and/or tracking your goals, it is the sh*t. Two Bluetooth enabled devices I’ve come to love are Nike’s Fuelband and Jaybird’s Bluebuds X headphones.
The Fuelband syncs wirelessly to your iPhone while you train. It can track your steps, calories and depending on how active you are that energy translates into FUEL. How accurate all this is…that’s a different story but at least it keeps you focused your daily “FUEL” goal.
These Jaybird Bluebuds X headphones should be any fitness enthusiast go to headphones. These BlueBuds X earbuds are impressively small and lightweight in comparison with other Bluetooth headphones. The sound quality is good, but what it lacks in sound it makes up in technology, a sweat resistant function and can be paired with up to eight different devices.
