The French-American Entrepreneurship Award is an annual business plan competition created in 2008 to encourage young French-American entrepreneurs to start their own business in the US. The award was inspired by the spirit of enterprise of the late Dominique Mercier, President of Grange furniture and a Club 600 member.
The competition involves three phases
- Phase 1 / Candidates had to submit their business plan by November 30th , 2012
- Phase 2 / Three promising entrepreneurs are selected based on the quality of their business plans.
- Phase 3 / One winner is selected after verbal presentations of the three finalists.
This joint Club 600/FACC-NY project aims to foster the spirit of enterprise by offering funding, coaching and networking to promising French-American entrepreneurs.
