I was introduced to Som Sleep by a fellow blogger after I was complaining about not being able to fall asleep. I was encouraged by my first trial of Som. It was exciting to finally have something that will help me get a good night’s sleep.
Som Sleep, a new dietary supplement on the market that helps consumers enjoy a good night’s sleep. The formula utilizes vital ingredients already found in the body such as magnesium, vitamin B6, and melatonin. All which (along with a healthy diet) promote a healthy and sound sleep pattern. You don’t have to worry about getting addicted to the beverage because it claims to be drug-free, non-habit-forming, NSF-certified supplement.
I took the original formula 30 minutes before bed after a long day. I stay away from sugar-free drinks because I never found one worthy. The taste wasn’t anything to rave about, but it wasn’t disgusting either. 20 minutes in I felt my body becoming relaxed. The next morning it took me a while to wake up. My body still felt like it was in a deep sleep. I didn’t feel drugged at all. Just well rested. I had the same effects another night as well. At the moment I knew, this was the real deal. Som is a supplement, not a cure. If you do have trouble sleeping then I suggest seeing a professional.
Overall I would say Som Sleep is a useful tool if you want a good night of sleep. However, I wouldn’t suggest you take this if you have a busy morning. Again, it took me a while to start my day as usual. At $30 for 12 it won’t break the bank if you want to a good night’s rest.
