Staying true to its Irish roots, the Sexton follows the classic single malt techniques. With only three ingredients of 100% malted barley, yeast and water from Ireland. However, it is the maturation process that makes the Sexton truly unique. Sexton is purposely aged for four years in carefully selected casks. As a result, creating a fresh, new-style single malt which is bold in personality yet extremely approachable. Triple distilled in copper pot stills for four years in Oloroso Sherry butts gives this whiskey a perfect balance of creamy, dried fruits, and subtle oak notes. Rich in hue and approachable in taste, The Sexton is setting the tone for the future of Irish Whiskey while celebrating those who are leaving their mark on the world.
